The circular logic in my case goes, that you are a volunteer and thus an employee if u are at work, but you can only be at work if you are an employee. Ooo i would love to argue that in the moots and see the judges' reactions..

And SOMEBODY is just right in front of me now, looking very deep (or lost?) in thought at criminal law. Good luck to SOMEBODY for her essay on fri =)
