torts is finally over. funny how all ur self prep notes seem wasteful when u consider that its only going to be used for 1 sem. pple r just scaring themselves silly by doing post-mortem. like wat rachel said, there's abt 101 ways to argue every single issue. thats wat lawyers r for isnt it? if there's only 1 set ans, then there's really no pt putting us through LAWR hell.. and in any case, post mortem is just an exercise of "i think, u tort, who confirm?" (haha i just cant resist putting this in..)
