just a random thought.. if i see someone putting a disclaimer in the car, i wouldnt even dare to sit in the car in the first place.. how good would the driver be if he required a disclaimer in the first place? i tink the driver can plead a defence of stupidity and lack of common sense.. haha torts crazy..
